I've just installed this

I've just installed this module and am really excited about its layout and capabilities.
The problem I am having though is that after creating a 'albums' folder in 'files' and subfolders under that,
none of the images or folders show up. Looking at the source code the path and files are there just not appearing.
Did I miss something? Has this happened to others? Thanks for the hard work and any help.
